Return
This day marked the start of my second year in college.
And man was it stressful! I was 45 minutes late in my first class because of that damn problematic LRT, and I had to walk a distance from the station to our building. I also had to awfully line up for the elevator. During that time, i felt like i'm in a new world, because there were so many new, unfamiliar faces in school. La Salle was literally flooded with kids, err.. freshmen dressed in ahmm.. exuberant clothes (first day eh.). I was overwhelmed.
This day felt so unusual.
I felt like i'm estranged from my second home. The school grounds were as if new, my friends we're like strangers again, and me like a frosh. It's a weird phenomenon, but i guess it's normal after spending a month and a half in house arrest doing practically nothing.
Much has changed, but everything's still the same.
My summer break was well, almost devoid of trips and gimmicks, but it was nevertheless fun. I've known new friends, i've had time to rest, and i've learned so many things. One of the things I learned is that cheesedogs taste better when dipped in peanut butter. Also, I learned that orange juice can be dangerously addictive, alarm clocks can be so frigging painful (lalo na pag nabagsakan ka sa mukha, which i experienced.), and that ants and worms die when drowned in ethyl alcohol. But now that school's up, it's time to say goodbye to summer. My vacation is officially over.
Haay. I'm back to school. ehehehe..
